At PataShop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If the package has been used, we do not accept returns.
- Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at patashopke@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued at 70% of the purchase price, since we operate on a COD basis. Refunds will be given in cash or via mobile money.
